Return Eligibility

We will gladly refund any item purchased directly from simplehuman.ca for a period of 30 days from receipt. However, we are only able to accept returns on items purchased directly from simplehuman.ca.

Return Processing

Returns ship free. Once your returned package is received, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed for the product received using your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days.

Refunds

Simplehuman products are built to last. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Defective or damaged items may be eligible for replacement or refund outside this window under our product warranty. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed upon receiving the returned item, and are processed by your financial institution typically within 3-5 business days. Contact us at customersupport@simplehuman.com if you haven't received your refund within that timeframe.
